Steel is procured from major manufacturers such as Shandong Iron and Steel, Hangzhou Iron and Steel, and Hubei Iron and Steel. Additionally, each batch undergoes incoming inspection, with spectral analysis equipment used to examine the metallic composition of each material, ensuring product quality compliance.

Plastic Components
Manufactured using DuPont 500P raw materials;Regular spot checks are conducted at suppliers to verify raw material usage,and the use of recycled materials is strictly prohibited.
Rubber components/seals Can withstand temperatures up to 100°C and down to -40°C.
Heat Treatment-Currently equipped with three high-frequency metal heat treatment units, one quenching and tempering furnace, and mesh belt furnace-type heat treatment equipment, achieving a metallographic hardness of Grade 5.
Fully Automatic Gantry Robot
1. All critical machining processes utilize imported equipment from Taiwan’s Fuyu or Japan’s Tsugami. These machines exhibit minimal wear, ensuring superior dimensional stability. The entire system employs fully automated loading systems and British Renishaw automatic inspection systems.
2. All machining programs are uniformly developed and managed by dedicated personnel to guarantee product machining precision and dimensional consistency.
