B2B Purchasing Support

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers for auto-parts distributors, wholesalers, repair networks and professional buyers sourcing from China.

Working With CARBIT

Our business combines invested chassis-parts manufacturing capability with a long-term network of qualified Chinese automotive-parts manufacturers.

What types of automotive parts does CARBIT supply?

We supply five main groups: chassis parts, brake parts, engine parts, electrical and motor parts. Product matching can be based on OEM number, VIN, vehicle model and year, drawings, samples or an item list. Our service is designed for B2B buyers who need either one focused category or a consolidated multi-category order.

Is CARBIT a manufacturer or a trading company?

CARBIT uses a dual-strength supply model. We are a professional chassis-parts manufacturer. For additional product categories, we work through long-term relationships with more than 50 established Chinese manufacturers. This gives buyers one accountable contact for manufacturing coordination, sourcing, inspection and export support.

How can your prices remain competitive with direct factory sourcing?

Our invested manufacturing capability, long-term purchasing relationships and consolidated sourcing volume give us access to factory-level commercial terms. For equivalent specifications, quantities, packaging and delivery terms, our commitment is that overseas businesses should not pay more through CARBIT than they would when sourcing directly from the Chinese factories in our network. Each quotation clearly states the applicable product specification and trade terms for a fair comparison.

Can you match parts by OEM number or VIN?

Yes. Send the OEM number whenever available, together with the VIN, vehicle make, model, year, engine or transmission information, target quantity and destination country. We cross-check the available information before quoting. Final fitment still depends on complete and accurate vehicle data supplied by the buyer, so ambiguous applications are confirmed before production or shipment.

How do you control product quality?

Quality control is matched to the product and order requirements. It can include supplier qualification, incoming-material checks, in-process monitoring, dimensional or functional inspection, packaging review and pre-shipment inspection. For applicable orders, photos, videos, measurement records or supplier documents can be provided. Any specific test standard or documentation requirement should be confirmed in the quotation before ordering.

What is the minimum order quantity, and can I order samples?

MOQ varies by product, manufacturing process, packaging and whether the item is standard or customized. Samples are available for many standard parts, subject to stock and supplier conditions. Send the OEM number or product specification and we will confirm MOQ, sample cost, preparation time and delivery options in the quotation.

Do you support private labels, custom packaging or drawing-based parts?

Yes, where the selected factory and order quantity support it. Available services may include neutral packaging, customer-branded packaging, labels, laser marking, sample development or production from technical drawings. Branding files, packaging specifications, tolerances, test requirements and approval samples must be confirmed before mass production.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T bank transfer is our standard method for international B2B orders. Deposit percentage and balance timing depend on the product, order value, production status and agreed trade terms, and will be written in the quotation or proforma invoice. Other payment methods are available only when specifically confirmed by CARBIT for the order; please rely on the beneficiary details shown on the official invoice.

What are the usual production and delivery times?

Lead time depends on stock availability, order quantity, production process, customization, inspection requirements and shipping method. After reviewing the item list, we provide an estimated production schedule and update the buyer during order follow-up. Shipping can be coordinated by express, air, sea or another agreed method, with export packaging and documents prepared for the selected terms.

How are warranty and after-sales claims handled?

Warranty terms are product-specific and are confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement instead of applying one blanket period to every component. If a quality issue occurs, contact us promptly with the order number, part number, quantity affected, installation or operating information, and clear photos or video. We coordinate a technical review with the relevant factory and provide an appropriate documented resolution under the agreed warranty terms.

What information should I send for a fast quotation?

Please include as much of the following as possible:

  • OEM or part number and product description
  • Vehicle make, model, year, engine information or VIN
  • Required quantity for each item
  • Destination country or port and preferred trade term
  • Packaging, branding, material, testing or certification requirements
